Betsy Logeman

Assistant Artistic Director, Accompanist

Betsy Logeman has been accompanying church, school, and community groups for over 35 years.  From the age of 4 she studied piano, adding flute, guitar, percussion, and voice along the way.  Betsy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education with a proficiency in piano and choral work.  She is the Director of Music at Huntersville ARP Church in Huntersville, the Director of King’s Chorale - a division of CHEA Singers - in Matthews, and a collaborative pianist at Gardner Webb University, Winthrop University and UNC Greensboro. Betsy is thrilled to be the Assistant Artistic Director and Accompanist for Gaston Choral Society.

Growing up in a musical family, and having 3 musical “mostly” adult children, Betsy has spent countless hours in rehearsals, theatres, and concert halls.  Betsy serves on the board of the Kings Mountain Little Theatre and spends time volunteering in various community productions and events.  She loves working behind the scenes to organize, manage and build props and costumes, ensembles and casts, and provide the support the cast members need to work their magic on stage.

Betsy and her family live in Kings Mountain with their 5 rescue pets - 4 cats and a dog!
